HairKnowHow carefully dissects your client's hair sample to reveal the cortex of 10 individual fibres. Two key porosity measurements of the cortex are then measured and reported.

Included in the Hair Porosity Test:

• The average hair porosity of 10 individual hair fibres

• The percentage (variance) of those fibres at the different measured porosities

• One high-magnification image of the cortex of the client's hair cortex

Porosity is a key measure of the health of your client's hair. Porosity affects hair strength, colour, texture and the structure of the cortex and can give important information to help diagnose hair shaft disorders.
